HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE FAIR?

Our thanks to all the volunteers who put “Community” into the Hardwick Community Fair!!

It takes a lot of dedicated volunteers to run the Fair each year.
If you would like to help out in any way, please contact our President at fay@faybutler.com.

Parking: Please consider parking at the Eagle Hill School Parking Lot. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Fair on Friday, August 17th and Saturday, August 18th frequently and at no cost. Handicapped Parking will be available at the Universalist Church. Donations are happily accepted but certainly not required.

Food Choices: All proceeds from the following booths support the cost of running the fair. Thank you for supporting our volunteer-run food booths. 

  • Hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, cold drinks
  • Fresh wraps, including vegetarian options
  • Grilled sausages in rolls
  • Coffee and pastries at our Beverages Booth
  • Ice cream
  • Pancakes with Hardwick maple syrup, coffee (Saturday morning)

We are always in need of help during the fair (Friday night and/or Saturday) at the various fair-sponsored concessions. Please contact Fay Butler, or the appropriate person (see program) if you can cover 1 hour (or more) at your convenience.
