RULES

• All entries must be grown, selected, and arranged by the exhibitor.

• New classes will be created at the discretion of the committee and judges.
• White paper plates will be provided by the Fair.

• Other display containers are provided by the exhibitor.

• Exhibitors have the option to use moist paper towels and/or jars of water 
• to maintain freshness.
